Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items need to be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email isaac@renecosmetic.com with your order number. Please do not send anything back before you have heard from us.

If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us straight away and we will put it right.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
